Medium-roasted coffee from Molino Norte in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, grown by smallholder farmers at elevations of 900–1,590 m. This balanced cup features smooth cocoa notes with delicate floral aromas and bright citrus tones. Fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds for a clean, well-rounded flavor.
